    Additional Rules

    ¥ This is not a party house. Please treat the home with respect.
    ¥ There is no smoking of any kind permitted in the unit, and if you smoke you will lose your security deposit.
    ¥ No animals including no iguanas.
    ¥ Please make sure to quiet down by 9pm on the weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. This is especially important when using the roof!
    ¥ Complaints will be handled as follows:
    ¥ 1st issue: $250 fine and mandatory inspection.
    ¥ 2nd issue: $500 fine, case started with Airbnb, negative review. Mandatory inspection
    ¥ 3rd issue: $500 fine and immediate eviction.
    ¥ Because we need time to make sure the unit is clean, we cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs.
    ¥ Do not lose keys or key fobs! The key fobs are difficult to replace. Lost keys and fobs will result in a $125 fine against the deposit.
    ¥ Upon checkout, please load the dishwasher and throw away all food items. If you take out the trash, there are trash chutes on every floor. Leave the keys in the same place you found them (either on the table or with the doorman or in the mailbox) and let me know you’ve gone. Thank you and have a great time in New Orleans!
